Hello warriors.

I recently found a longtail niche that gets 3600 exact searches a month with only 100k results. I found out that it would be easy to dominate. I plan to use adsense on that site. Based on GAKT, the CPC is 1.60 which I think is okay. Then I ran the niche through spyfu but it showed in the advertisers tab, it states "N/A" which believe no advertiser is bidding on the keyword.. My question is, is it worth pursuing this niche?

No easy way to know; I'd do 5-10% of the work that you'd normally do and gauge your results. Despite what everyone says, there are not PPC campaigns for EVERY keyword, so you might have just found a good one :-)

Many say that competition id a good thing, it's an indicator that other are already managing to make money in the field. Maybe you happen to be the first to discover this niche? Do you have a monetizing plan in place, directly selling, or have More Than One affiliate program to send visitors to?

Well, I only plan to monetize the site with adsense. I don't have the monetizing plans like you mentioned that is suitable for the niche

You're going to have to do more digging into the niche to figure that out. If there are no merchants running Adwords campaigns, Adsense is out as a monetization strategy. Find out where the people in this niche hang out online so you can discover what they want (hopefully they want "it" enough to spend $ on a solution).

If you want to monetize with adsense, and there aren't any ads showing when you got to google or any of the other content sites that are in the same niche, then you migh tbe better off passing this one by.

If you are a newbie then the first thing you should do is forget competition!. and what's that all of us searching for all the time... of course the most lucrative niche is "how to make money" niche, i think .
