Spun versions:

Simple spins would look like this:

The {cat|dog} likes to {run|play} in the {house|sand}.

This sentence would make sentences such as:
1. The cat likes to run in the house.
2. The dog likes to run in the sand.
3. The dog likes to play in the house.

The problem with article spinning is that it usually spits our crappy quality. If these articles are submitted to article directories, they usually do not syndicate past the directory itself, so you lose the potential for viral syndication.
