How do you do your blog backlinks

Do you use ScrapeBox or another program?
I tried using Fast Blog Finder but a lot of blogs I comment on I see are No-Follow, so although it's not that bad to comment there, let Google see it's natural (the link distribution), I prefer blogs on my subject which are Follow.

ScrapeBox does the trick? Does it help and should I buy it? Or is there a manual way?

      I have used roboform for name/email/website fields and spinned text for comment. But it's mostly waste of time. Many (especially dofollow blogs) are filled with thousands of spammy comments. Some pages take a long time to load.

      If you check some old backlinks and their rankings in Google with Rank Checker or similar software you see poor rankings. Conclusion: this kind of backlinks are almost worthless.

      rinor81: make some profile pages (more than 20 words) and put your backlinks to your profile. That works fine. Also find some same niche blogs and write good comments (backlink is your name usually).

    Make use of high quality RSS feed directories and blog carnivals such as:

    Mybloglog
    Feedage
    Feedburner
    Technorati
    Blogengage
    Serpd

    You can basically build links to your blog posts there automatically.

    Also, it's best to create exceptional content and try to request on other blogs related to your niche to include your post as a resource if they have weekly or monthly round up posts (curated posts).

    You can also promote your blog entries by commenting on CommentLuv enabled blogs, since it gives a link directing to your most recent blog.

      most blog commenting I do are no-follow...

    I have enabled akismet and captcha to prevent programs like scrapebox from placing comments. I guess it's working. I still get spam comments.
