Matching the domain name, is it really that important?

Hey Warriors,

If I was trying to rank for "how to lose weight fast" and the dot com/org/net domains were taken, is it fine if you register something like losefastweighthowto.com since the keywords are still in the domain name.

Yes I do know I can just add a prefix or suffix to the domain. But I was just wondering if the above thing is still as good?

Thanks.

It might be alright for search engines although I doubt it.
The point you are missing is that your most important visitors are humans. Your rearranged domain name is confusing and instantly forgettable.
