Is Google PPC dead to affiliates?

Hey guys,
I wanted to return and get back to PPC on Google but as for affiliates I see there is a problem, Google not allowing PPC to bridge sites, what most affiliates basically are.
So, is it dead to us? We won't be approved? Have to sell our own product?
This is one site I thought of promoting using PPC (Adwords) but not sure Google will accept it, your idea?

Would appreciate any suggestions, so far it seems only PPC with Yahoo/Bing....
