Can someone help me decipher how to use this keyword list

I got kateD to do keyword research for me and I received a list back with a load of keywords. I still have no idea what to do with it though. I don't care if someone sees the list cos I have to learn what it means.

All I see is a spreadsheet with a load of numbers on it. I have no idea which are good keywords from which are not good ones on the list.

So could some kind soul help me unscramble it if I sent it to them for checking.

    I'm not sure what data she gave you, but you can sort them in Excel or OpenOffice (free). I usually sort them by search count or strength of competition. Just to check/double check the strength of the competition I use MarketSamurai (the searchengine competition feature), if you don't have it use TrafficTravis.
