Information site or not?

This is my first thread ever in Warriorforum !

My question is that if I should build a website with adsense on it should it be a site with only information about real estate, finance etc or should it be a site with affiliate products reviews and also adsense?

Witch website will make most adsense money do you think?

I want to build many adsense sites and make solid income this way so I need a couple of tips

    I won't say it's the best, but information sites are really the easiest for several reasons.

    The main reason people search the web is to find information. If you can prove to people that you are an expert on a particular subject then you'll find that you'll get a lot of traffic. On the flip side, if you try to build a website around your own "personal" brand. Building a website around a personality is much more difficult because they main draw would your personality instead of the information you have to offer.

    However, it would be good for you to experiment and find out which strategy works for you.
