Atahualpa SEO plugin

If I have the latest version of Atahualpa theme for wordpress, will its SEO features take care of good SEO, or do I need to install a plugin?
If you think I should go with a plugin, which do you suggest? Researching in cyberspace, people seem to report problems with both All In One SEO and Headspace, which are the first that come to my mind.
Bonus: what can I do with one of these plugins that I can't do through Atahualpa admin itself?
