Are they ok to use with a exact match long tail keyword? Would I be better off looking for a .com , net or org. ? Can you get approved for a adsense account with a .info domain? thx in advance

bgmacaw is right, this has been discussed at length.

The gist of it: .info won't hurt your SEO, but will hurt your number of visits because people are less trusting of .info sites.

I have a few .info domains on the first page. It does not really adversely affect your SEO work.

I dont think the domain extension has anything to do with Adsense approval by Google. It depends on what topic you are covering.
