I just can't seem to get any high PR backlinks?

All my backlinks are PR1,2. I have no clue what to do in terms of getting higher PR backlinks, I thought my Ezinearticle had a PR5 backlink...I'm a noob with PR. Anyone know of a couple of sites I can get some PR4,5,6 Backlinks soon?

The easy way is to do a Google search for any niche & look for EMDs (exact match domain) chances are the guys are into IM, & have a few high PR backlinks.

Use SeoSpyglass (free) to spy on anyones backlinks, then sort by highest PR. SeoSpyglass will show the 1st 1,000 backlinks per site/page.

Well the thing is I only want like 5?
Say 5 PR 4,5 or 6 backlinks ?

Often links start as a low pagerank, and then get scored later and become a higher pagerank. I have offered to help phpLD users in the past, and surprisingly I get few takers.
