Potential problem with reddit.com

Not sure where I should post this, but I posted a few links on reddit earlier today and my traffic is up more than 50% today, because of them. So far I have 383 unique visitors from them in the last 4 hours, but 99% of them don't do anything. Just a single page view and gone. It is extremely unnatural.

Example of referral are:

http://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/?coun...after=t3_f5ap9
http://www.reddit.com/?count=675&after=t3_f5690

I am afraid someone is using some kind of automated tool, either to target my site, or target reddit and I am caught in the middle.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Curious also, even though 98% of traffic coming from reddit are single page visits, my bounce rate according to google analytics is showing 5.19%. That isn't possible!
