    It's important because the natural listings are trusted more by the searches, opposed to the ads. Therefore they're clicked on more often. Not to mention, it's free marketing.

    If you want to have your page ranked high in the natural listings, then you need a lot of backlinks to your site. The more backlinks you have, the more places you are advertising for free. So, SEO will help you get traffic from the searches, but also from other pages.

    It is important, because when people find your site on Google first page, they see you as an expert in the topic.

    People are not aware about seo, and they think that you are first (or second or three) because you (i.e your site) deserve it.

    And, of course, it's good for the extra website visitors. In fact, seo helps you to have a lesser cost by visitors.

    PPC + Seo is an explosive recipe since you get more visitors for lesser ppc clicks.
