My only advice is to narrow the list down yourself. Check to see if you have any exact match domains available for those keywords, and then check using Market Samurai.

The thing is - you're using an affiliate marketer tool for a job it can't handle. Market Samurai is great for light work - I use it all the time. But the big boys like Best Buy and WalMart don't use keyword tools like that. If you have to do SEO with 10K+ keywords you have to use a hosted application like the big boys do - agencies, million dollar companies, etc. I have some corporate clients, so I've had to use some of these tools myself - I'd advise you to start with Wordstream (dot com). It'll run you about $100/mo, but it'll do what you want (and can integrate with Adwords as well).

I checked wordstream videos and info page. They never talk about this feature. I guess i have to set up a demo with them. Are you 100% sure, i can get relevant info for 10k keywords with wordstream? I am sure, they got special privilege from google as i dont think i need to type any sort of captcha.

I was using Wordstream for PPC and had 40,00 keywords in there. There was competition data there, but prob not all you're looking for. They now have Wordpress for SEO, and it should do what you want. Their account guys are great, and will do an entire private webinar demo for you. Signup for free and ask your rep if it will do what you want. It won't cost anything to check it out - but I could've swore their SEO account will do that.

Its really mind boggling to check wordstream. 100 times better than any other keyword software. Their starting rate is $49 per month, which isnt bad for the amount of services they are giving. Plus, i like server based solutions. I have setup a meeting with them, lets see. But, looks like a top notch service. Do you have any other stuff for link building?

I see lot of robust tools for keywords, but i havnt seen any great tools which helps in link building. All i see is scrapebox, senuke which is heavily frowned upon. Do corporates also build links using article distribution and stuff?

Linkbuilding isn't something most corporate marketers do - well most aren't willing to admit they do it, because of the legalities involved. Big companies usually hire agencies who then just "get it done". Whether that means writing content, press releases, contacting bloggers, or just hiring any army of teens to tweet or FB about it - I've seen all of those examples and more. I've seen them try to post a ton of manuals in document repositories, etc.

Their "tools" are completely different, as are the budgets. They're more than willing to pay $220+ per year for a PR 5 listing in business.com, and these are the same types of businesses that have no problem dropping $2-20k/mo in adwords. Of course companies can just have someone in house do the online marketing full time the same ways we do affiliate marketing - it's just not as common.
