Don't You Think Something Needs To Be Done About This?

Why wouldn't Google reactivate permanently suspended accounts because of minor oversights for first timers? Why wouldn't they have compassion to their customers? is it because they are BIG and they have made enough money so therfore don't care about us?

Is this what they call the Google Slap?

It makes me angry and sad.

Have you ever had your account suspended someone and what did you do to have it reactivated?

      minor oversights for first timers
      Which usually means

"I thought I could get by with breaking the rules I agreed to". Or
"I didn't bother to read the rules when I signed up". Or
"I didn't know google was smart enough to know how I was getting clicks".

This is business - and you don't always get second chances to be honest. Google is not your momma - you break the rules, you can be out permanently. Very few get a second chance.

Kay, I don't think that's a fair comment, you could be right in all you are saying and yes, it's, business, but we are human beings and there should be room for error. We are never going to be perfect, granted, there are those that take advantage of the system and there are also those who make genuine mistakes hence the need for flexibility.

At least just a warning will be better in my opinion, after all we are their customers.

Easy for you to say - you're not Google. This is business, small mistakes can cost enormous amounts of $$$. End of the day their business partners and users choose increased protection and peace of mind over being compassionate and giving people second chances. That's just how it is.

bay37, all you are saying is all well and good but I still feel it's not right to just shut your customers down without any notice or warning. I hear thousands upon thousands crying about this issue, all I am saying is at least one warning to make things right wouldn't hurt? come on guys I can't believe you are sort of saying it's okay for google to be doing this?
