What free web site or tool do you use to check the SERP for a url for a list of keywords?

    Scroogle i think is one of the best. it sometimes disagrees with this one:
    Pagerank checker :Google SERPs checker: results many countries Google Pagerank SERPs index results web SEO tools although between the two of them, they generally agree with a simple cookies cleared google.com search. usually those three results are within about 3 to4 spots of each other for me.
    there's also traffic travis which is a great tool and free, and various paid ones that get you good results.

    Since I'm rarely checking more than a few addresses for more than a few keywords, I usually just use Google, or whichever search engine I'm concerned with.

    I put in the term, hit search, and look for the address. With few exceptions, unless it's in the first few pages, the actual position doesn't mean much.

    For the handful of pages I'm using for testing, I use one of the projects in SEO Elite to track changes.
