Should we Click on Adsense Ads?

Many times, we read some content which is very useful to us. Sometimes we get free books or guides which help us in our business.

We feel very happy reading or getting such content.

Should we click on Adsense Ads on their websites? They will benefit by few cents. Is it ethical? Is it right?

    No it's not right as it wastes the advertisers money.

    You should ONLY click if an ad interests you.

    If you're not actually interested in the ads, then you're doing more harm than good. If someone gets lots of clicks without sales or actions taking place, it can help get them smart priced.

    Yeah, really everyone loses when you click an ad you are not interested in. If marketers feel they are wasting their dollars, they wont participate in programs like adwords. No competition means low ad prices and therefore low adsense earnings.

    Not a good idea at all. You can click all you want, but the owner won't even know it is you who made him money. To make it worse you are just hurting somebody financially. The advertiser is paying money to have those ads running. Click on ads that interest you only.

    Nice thought, but instead find their Donate button and buy them a 'beer' but never click on their ads. I sometimes advertise on the Content network, I don't want my ad $$ used as a tip jar!

    I agree with the majority of the warriors here. Why would you even think of clicking an ad if you are not interested in it. I even rarely read the ads unless the website that they are on is interesting. So, to repeat what others have said never click an ad if you are not interested in what they are selling.
