How to find good sets of blogs to comment on?

I want to make quality blog comment for my website. I want relevant blogs where can I put quality comment and can do quality links. But I know at first I have to find quality and good sets of blogs where can I make quality comments. So, what are the procedures should I follow to have a good set of blogs? I need help.

    I personally use scrapebox to find them, and then sort by pagerank. Then comment manually.

    It depends on what you mean by "good blogs". If you want them for the backlink alone, then using some of the programs recommended above should do.

    If the goal is to gain direct traffic from your comments, then try to stay within your general niche and make sure to add value to the conversation.

    You can search in google for your keywords and then click on 1-20 search results and write a quality comment.
