SEO-wise, what's the best, most cost-efficient hosting company and plan for 1000 different websites?

Guys, I know a little about hosting, but not much of the tech side. I see the terms dedicated IP, dedicated server, c-class IP, etc. thrown around alot, and I know for SEO it's important to have different IP's for your sites.

But can someone maybe explain that concept to me a little and point me toward the best/easiest/cheapest solution for hosting 1000 different websites? Thanks.

I'd also love to be able to mass-install Wordpress on all of them if that's possible. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I dont really know much about hostng... but there seems to be a common sense agreement regarding the IPs - namely, that if you don't link all your sites to each other, then this IP thing is not that important. Others say, it is pushed by hosts that (up)sell that kind of service.

And, of course, you will find many marketers who insist separate IP is the only way to go.

Maybe this time somebody can come out with some kind of hard data because till now I have seen only personal opinions.

      I agree with this.

As long as you're not interlinking every single site of yours together, you should be fine. Limit it to about 3-5 each.

To be honest, there really aren't any out there that covers all the tracks. At least not from what I've seen.

Things like different c class, different nameservers, etc.

You should look into various shared hostings.

Getting 1000, even 100, IPs is going to be super difficult right now, esp since ipv4 has officially run out.

My host can find you 100 IPs, but not all different c class. Can also change nameservers for ya.
