Best use of a .edu site

So I have some webspace on my old college public site. Each student (or former student) can register for space. I created just a quick html page with a few links and they are getting indexed. So now my question is, what should I do with it?
I just have FTP access to my folder on their server. I have a handful of sites I want to juice up.
Thoughts?
