Guys, I need help :(

Hello Warriors!

I feel that I have created a wicked website. It offers so much as far as internet radio, breaking news, social networking, arcade games, etc. I am not trying to sell a product.... It is simply a website that offers over 30,000 internet radio stations from around the world.

I launched this website approx. 4 months ago.

My site is indexed but it seems that whenever anyone finds us through Google, we get 1 hit and then the site can no longer be found in the SERPS.

I desperately need help. I do not just have 1 keyword... I have Thousands dedicated to radio and music.

I am looking for a rockstar who can take a look at my site and tell me "Hey, I can get you to the top" - If there are any of you out there that can do this, I am willing to hire you for X amount of months.

Internet Radio is a very competitive keyword but I feel I have over 30,000 internet radio station keywords where I would like to be found.

For example is someone types in XYZ Radio in the Search engines.. I would like for our station to show up.

My Page Rank is still ZERO

I keep hearing about sandbox and bla bla bla

Guys, I am just looking to hire someone that can help me out. I am getting so frustrated and i do not know what else to do.
