Div tags for SEO

Hi guys,

My developer has used <div class="p-name">Text</div> instead of H1 tags. Is is worth while for SEO or need to change all the tags?

Agree w/ the above two. You really need to change it to a <h1> or <h2>. This will show the SEs that they are a little more important than the body of the text itself.

So far as on-site SEO factors goes, H-tags do seem to hold quite a bit of weight.

I would seriously recommend adding them, if at all possible. Better to begin on the correct foot, right?
