First Step of SEO

What according to you will be the first step of SEO. We are done with a website and selected some keywords as well for that. Now we need to add some pages in to that. After we are done with pages we will make sitemap.

After that we will submit that site map into Google.

Now what will be the further steps for doing good SEO.

  all on-page seo must be done on a per-page basis including:
  
  1. individual page titles with keywords
  2. individual meta description per page
  3. meta keywords per page
  4. name all images and use alt-text tags
  5. submit site to webmaster tools and set country and preferred domain
  6. Burn an RSS feed
  7. Ping the site using pingler.com or similar service
  8. add the url to bing and yahoo

Do the SEO strategies, such as bookmarking, directory submission, rss submission, blog commenting, forum posting, article submission, micro blogging and any others. Now, for you to have backlinks, that's the best way I thought. Doing the simple yet effective techniques in SEO.

Generating Contents ! You can't generate traffic and backlinks if you don't have this. A unique and informative content is the best. Google loves it.
