im asking how i get paid from adsense? everytime someone visits my site and/or click on ads? and how much i earn?

Adsense is based on clicks to the ads google serves up on your site, although, I believe (not sure) that impressions are sometimes paid on certain ads they serve up. I have seen instances where I had no clicks but earned a few cents on pages that received a lot of impressions.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ASK ANYONE TO CLICK ON THE ADS!

You will be banned and I believe in some instances Google has actually taken people to court over this. How would you feel if you were the advertiser and someone was having your ads clicked on with no intent or interest in what you were advertising?

How much you will earn? No one really knows the exact percentage of your share - you receive a portion (some estimate 50% but again only google knows for sure).

The VERY BEST resource you can access is by going into the RESOURCES tab within your own google account. There is a blog, forum, webinars, optimization tips and more. I am sure there are many other paid resources out there but why not begin with the free and those that are sanctioned by the big G.

NEVER tell anyone to click on your ads. That violates the terms of service and you will lose your adsense account forever.

You do get paid when your visitors click on the ad. The amount depends on the ad and it is a percentage of the CPC you may see in keyword search tools.

You really need to go the Google's AdSense site and read the terms of service. You don't ever want to be banned because you violated the TOS because the ban is forever.

Yes, I have read that it is 68%. So, we either read it from the same source or it is true.

Google has patterns to see if your click is valid or fake...
They analyze from searches your IP does and CTR rate to Gmail Account you use...

Can`t explain everything in a quick reply ^^ however if you want to keep you adsense account :

    DO NOT
"tell someone to click on my ads..."

Yes it is 68% but its depends on the value of your keywords in CPC terms.
If your keyword is worth $4 then that's not to bad if its 10c of course that's not good at all.
Good luck but don't click or let anyone else click your ads it's just to risky.

adsense pay you for clicks, don't click your own ads and don't tell anyone to do so. Just try to get more quality traffic to your site and then you will get the revenue from Adsense.

Ya know....as weird as this sounds,.....google provides all that
info and more. No offense, but have you read nothing when you
signed up? Have you actually thought about reading all of google's
adsense help guide? That's what it's there for.

To be honest, you are doing what a lot of new people do - spending a lot of time investigating ways to monetise before even getting any traffic! I am not saying you should start a site without even thinking about the potential ways to earn from it, but putting ads on your site will not get you traffic!

Just forget about Adsense and everything and try to concentrate on making a good site that solves problems for people, gets the search engines interested and gets natural backlinks.

Once you have traffic, THEN think in more detail about what the best way is to monetise - if you think it's Adsense, go and read the TOS very carefully and make sure you are not breaking any rules before you put ads up on your site. Google have NO problem with banning you if you break the rules, I assure you!

Stop focusing on ads and start thinking how to provide value - it will get you much further!

Who says you can't earn money as an eBay affiliate any more? My stats say otherwise

yah, you will be banned from adsense if you tell/encourage others to click your ads. 100% of the time, advertiser know where your traffic source and they will know if you do anything bad/dirt to steal their money
