I keep seeing pages either with links for sale or for sale themselves that have a PR number attached to them. I am a little confused because I see higher PRs going for more money, whereas I am inclined to think a PR of 1 would be first page.
Can someone give a brief rundown of how PRs work and how sites get to a PR. Thanks.
