    Kind of hard to tell with UAW because you don't a report. I recommend AMR like the others.

    I get an average distribution of 300 to 400 with UAW. You really have to get your categories and keywords correct with them. Somewhere in their docs is a list of common category names that are helpful.

    I can attest that UAW does in fact do a very good job. This is especially true if your goal is to move up in the SERPS. Just remember that this is a marathon, not a sprint. Consistency over time is the key to making UAW work for you (not to mention SEO in general).
