Question about keywords and variations

Does it matter what order your keywords are in to make it relevant?

For example (btw these are NOT my keywords):

"Computer repair services in Dallas"

Would that be the same as:

computer repair dallas
computer repair in dallas
computer services dallas
computer services in dallas
repair services in dallas
etc..

Now what if I "switched the order":

dallas computer repair services
dallas computer repair
repair computer in dallas
etc..

Just a question because I'm figuring this is how you rank one site for multiple keywords.

    computer repair dallas & dallas computer repair

    would both be relevant but to 2 different searches

    I'm not sure the above is a great example as searchers would probably use either search phrase anyway to find computer repairs in Dallas

    Let me give a non-specific example from what I see in my own stats...

    If keyword1-keyword2 gets 100 visits
    keyword2-keyword1 gets around 20

    So, still relevant but less so... apparently
