Adwords COUPONS!?

I always see people getting adword coupons of $100+ how and where do they get these from?

I am really interested in getting into PPC but don't want to spend an arm and a leg to test Keywords.

Any information or advice on these 'coupons' would be very helpful and appreciated. Thanks!

    You can actually buy them if you know how to find them.

    I'm sorry I can't disclose where. This might be a sensitive issue.

    Some people actually sell them.

    But this would require you to open new AdWords account (which is not advised, according to Google) because only new AdWords account can accept coupons.
