articleslash.net is a good article catalogue with PR 4, what's more, the articles submited to them can be indexed by Google as soon as possible. However, somethings are changed recently. if there are underlines contained in your URL, the problem is coming. the underlines in the URL can be turned into <hr> automaticly, which has bad influence for Google to distinguish the right URL. so now it should be carefull when you submit articles to this site.

      i have noticed in some sites they dont accept bold anchor text and space while making links. it should be accepted you must read the guidelines.

        Yes, it must be read the guidelines, but sometime the guidelines are changed and the user are not informed. what's more, there are may be something error on the site's program and even the administrator don't discover. therefore it must check the articles' status at regular time
