Adsense authorization

I only have my site authorized to use adsense but it keeps telling me I may be losing income because I haven't authorized some sites using my code. What is the best thing to do and how is this happening?

      In my adsense alerts it is telling me my ads have appeared on websites not authorized by me but I only have one website. It also says I should authorize any sites with my ad cause i maybe loosing revenue. I only have ads on 1 website. Confused.

    You can start authorizing your code to the sites.
