Use 336x280 ad block in line with your content and the text wrapped around your ad block. Don't use borders with your ad blocks. Make your site look as ugly as possible so people want to click away.

Remove other links from your page(s).

Google requires that there be at least 1 link pointing out of the page other than adsense.

The less links there are the more likely your traffic will click on the adsense ads.

I agree, you may also want to try to integrate a 200x90 link units in the top left position of your site (above the fold) Although ad unit performance will vary on each site, that is a top performer for one of my sites.

The most important thing about increasing adsense revenue is to first get more traffic to your site.
more traffic = more clicks possibility

You need also to consider the adsense placement in your blog/site.

I would recommend paying around with different ad format to see which performs best. Make sure you perform a fair test. Moroever, try to embed the ads into your content so the content is the focus rather than the ads.

If you need more clicks on your adsense then obviously you need more and more traffics.

you should concentrate yourself for traffics only and if you are getting quality traffics then it would be more better than normal traffics.
