I think whatever you do in seo is free from plagiarisms whether it is blog comment. or forum posting.

Take the "methods" you find on these forums and use them as a blueprint only. Spin them and create your own twist on a method and be slightly vague when you share information back .. trust me this will help us all thrive

My best tip? Find low cost blogroll backlinks for aged domains with a lot of content. I rank my sites this way and I've found it's where the best link juice is at.
