Seek someone Advanced at "Managing" the myriad of "tasks" associated w/SEO, for multiple Sites?

hello warriors,

I know I'm asking for a lot, but I have to ask...

PLEASE no (I ask very politely ) no "brief" or cursory explanations if you will.

I need a thoughtful detailed explanation on all the Tasks associated with SEO, I really need help from someone who understand what I mean and has a more than basic explanation(I WOULD BE HAPPY TO POST YOUR LINK ON MY SITE IN EXCHANGE)

I don't know how to manage the myriad of tasks associated with SEO


I have about 14 blogs.. ...most are in unrelated subjects, but about 5 are
interrelated subjects..some still under construction...that's 14 total blogs

I emphasis that right now "I have to do SEO manually" or use free tools,
as I can't afford to outsource at the moment "no outsourcing!"

the information has to be "FREE" I can't afford to buy anything at the moment

The only way I know to do SEO at the moment are;

1. Article directories
2. profile links
3. blog commenting
4. rss feeds
5. sb bookmarking
6. videos (if I'm able to find a related youtube video that I can use)


I don't get the "logistics" of it?

There are a tremendous amount of tasks. many overlap, and even though I may have "seemingly" put them in a "nice cute little 1-6 orderly list" (above) the reality of doing those tasks, in reality is a twisted web of consternation! "What to backlink, where to backlink, do I backlink the backlinks, backlink which? rss feed when" "how many places to post an article? and on and on....! how much time do I spend on promoting the article or the blog?? and

then it's almost like the things "you create to get links" themselves have to be promoted!

and the confusion only deepens! In my mind it is a "MURKY confusing mess!" and it paralizes me "REALLY!" The problem is I get "OVERWHELMED" and can't "see" what I need to do....
just one example (of too many to even recall!) would be I write an article for one blog, based on a particular subject, and submit that same article to 15 diff directories, then I have to promote those articles, and use the same "social networking site/acct" and the same social bookmarking site to place a link to all 15 article links??

that is just one of the examples one of the confusing quagmire, much less having an order or schedule or overall process to handle that plus all the other things associated with SEO!

I really hope to find someone who can say (in detail) what they do on a daily or weekly basis.... and "PLEASE" no "just do this and that" I kind of feel "LOST" because I have no PLAN... Does someone have any sort of "daily itinerary" or weekly that they could share with me?
something that guides you on how go about the myriad of tasks you have to do on a daily basis?
