This information did not give me the idea from where to start the Local SEO.Can you tell me what to do at 1st level then 2nd then 3rd.....
Can i acquire the results by only applying simple link building,i mean if i do profile links or paul angela style link building.

First thing is to to do a good keyword research.

Build a blog around 1 to 5 keywords for that industry, with content, video ect. Good on page SEO and start building varied links say 10 a day until you reach your goal. Check the top spots to see their link count to give you a total to go after and time frame to acheive it. local does not need huge effort to rank.

1) Claim your google places listing (you have to be logged in with your Google Account)
2) Fill in ALL THE INFORMATION (and by all, I mean 100% - pictures, video, address, website, 5 categories) and never put a location in any of the categories - never ever!
3) Submit your listing to different directories
4) Try to get reviews from your clients

As long as you have blogs, proper keywords, metatags and add yourself to the local maps then you should be able to have Google look at your site. But it is very time consuming and sometimes it is easier just to hire an SEO company to build your popularity and they can do link building for you as well.

There are companies that will do this for you and probably save you a considerable amount of time. While there is definitely some benefit from doing this yourself, you'll find that the time it takes you to do it will be somewhat considerable to learn what to do and then actually do it. If you value your time at more than $10/hour or so, it just makes sense to have someone do it for you so that you can concentrate on your actual business, customers, etc.

My company, TryBPO.com, does the back-end SEO work for several different mid-sized local SEO companies in the US. We access their CRM's and complete the various tasks associated with getting their business ranked through profile pages, video creation/optimization, related directory submission, etc. We don't take end-customers directly though, so I can't help you there.
