Google tool for measuring revenue probability?

Okay, so I need a little help here. A few days ago, I KNOW someone sent me information on a tool that takes a keyword and calculates the probability of a product's sales possibility. Finding out whether a product is hot or not is important to know before sinking an investment. Does anyone know what tool I am talking about and where to find it?

      Don, If this isn't it, it must be it's twin brother! Many thanks for the info. This will help determine, with a little more accuracy, which niche to look for next.

      Rob, I am a fan of SEO Book but do find that the total search counts are far below or at times, nonexistent for keywords. It does have more reach in sources to choose from so I always use it, too.

    Don's right, the adcenter tool is the one your looking for. It's quite useful if you combine it with other tools aswell. I'd love to see something smiler from google, since they have a much better data set to work with when formulating commercial viability. Adwords just get way more traffic then adcenter...
