Adsense disappeared!!

I have adsense on two sites. I just checked both sites and all the ads are gone. Not even those little x's are showing. I never received anything from adsense saying there is a problem. Any ideas what happened? I did receive 1 click earlier today so apparently this is very recent.

      Actually I did not but I did just post in another area about that. I installed something long ago so the ads on the google pages would not display but now need to see them for research and I couldn't remember what it was. But, this shouldn't have affected anything now because it has been on there for a long time.

    This happened to me before, too. Just completely disappeared.

    Didn't know a cause for it, but took it as a warning from G, whether or not it was, and haven't put it back up.
