My Article Network - How Much To Re-Write?

Just picked up My Article Network to see what it's like and I didn't realise that you had to pretty much manually re-write everything, I thought I'd be able to just stick a pre-spun article in, so that's very annoying however I'm wondering how much you actually need to re-write?

What percentage would you say, I know there's the old saying that a 30% re-write will be good enough to be indexed, but wondering if anyone has any personal experience with this,

    Nevermind, I've just worked it out, can change the spin format in best spinner so it matches the format that MAN uses :-)

    I also don't have personal experience about indexing of rewrite articles but I would say that you should use human written articles it would give you good benefit to you.

    I've got loads of experience with it, so I know what I'm doing :-) Was just wondering if anyone knew how to quickly spin the article instead of spending ages doing the re-write cos I hadn't used my article network before, but anyway, sorted now, cheers anyway.
