The best that you can do is to create an effective signature link so that you can generate backlinks leading to your cancer blog. Of course, participate only in forums that are related to your blog so that it will not be out of place.

Search on Google for related forums or find your competitors and check their backlinks and create backlinks over their.

If you are looking for traffic towards your blog/website, perform SMO promotions. Promote you website in high traffic SMO sites like twitter, facebook etc. A good promotion in these sites can provide huge traffic towards your website.

Search the relevant forms on Google using Services keywords like "forms:web design".
of course, participate only in forums that are related to your blog so that it will not be out of place.

Try to take part in the theme based forums means try to find out health forums becasue it will give your blog very good traffic in the short period of time. For searching relevant forums according to your blog I have one command which is : intitle:"topic" viewtopic. In the topic, type keyword like health, cancer or any health related keyword.

I can suggest one forum posting service that do forum postings including third party forum postings: paidforumposting.com

I think paid posting is not really a new concept.To put it shortly,it is simply posting at online discussion boards.What is so wonderful about this concept? When individuals want to chat about a certain issue or if they need to ask something,they post at online forums.

If you're looking for a "forum posting service", I would head over to Fiverr. People there will be happy to post for you for cheap, and include your backlink.

However, I recommend just doing it yourself - if you are knowledgeable in your niche, you should have plenty to contribute to forums, and if not, you should focus on learning your niche before anything else.

  He does not mention anywhere that he wants to spam, He is just looking for forum posting service. All the activates online can be outsourced, so can forum postings. If you think that the forum posting service that is going to use will do spam then recommend some forum posting service that will do quality well researched posts for him.

You can show ads in the popular forums. Warrior forum has the same service. Search to your niche related forums for this kind of service. Hope you will get valuable traffic from there.
