I've just installed SEO Quake.

My questions is this...

What am I looking for..??

What numbers should I be looking for in PR...Y!Links...Y!Page Links...etc..??

I appreciate any suggestions & help.

If you are lookig for backlink opportunities then High PR, if you are looking for competition then Low PR. Then you have the yahoo links to get an idea of how many links you, or your competition has.

  I wouldn't click on that.. usually image files end with an image, this one is a .php commonly knows for viruses ... I might be wrong but just be warned

Thanks guys...but can you give me numbers.

Examples like...1 to 10 good...10 & over bad !!

I want to set up a new website & compete.
So the numbers would help me.

  If there are a couple PR "0"s or "n/a"s, then the front page will be pretty easy to rank on. Any higher, it gets more difficult.
