Are you sure because all of mine are indexed within a day or two. Do you have tags on your lens? Your lens may not be on the front page but still in Google search results. Send me a PM with your squidoo lensmaster link and I will check it out for you.

I experienced that problem before but after a week I found the solution to it. In my case I added more content to my article like images, RSS feed, text, comment box, etc. Your content is not enough when once you publish your squidoo lens and there is warning prompt and saying that your lens is lack of content. Make sure when you publish there will no warning prompt. Try it maybe this is also you issue.

If you don't follow all the new rules on squidoo, your page will not
actually be published, hence no index.

        A few things:

        An intro photo or image.
200 characters or more for your intro paragraph. (html won't count)
At least a set number of modules (I forgot how many, think it's 5)
        completed.
Content in the modules will be monitored. How? Don't know.
You cannot have more than 5 amazon modules now.

There's a few more. Break any of those, and your lens will be
        a work in progress.

Also, they have changed due to google's algo change. They want
        unique, useful content.

I'm not sure how you're searching for your lens but do this.

In Google search bar, type in >>> Your Keywords Squidoo
    Sample: My Business Squidoo

If its on the first page then its indexed. If not then add more content and publish.

I'm going to give you guys a very important tip on Squidoo lens that maybe some of you already know and if not then here it is, always use your - 1- Keywords in the Title of each Lens, - 2 - in the first sentence add the html code linking back to your lens as such: <a href="hxxp:www.squidoo.com/yourkeywords">Your Keywords</a> Why?. This will come up in search engines for your lens description and you want the keywords in there.

Of course there's more to do but its just the start. I've done alot of seo for squidoo lens and depending on keywords they can fly right to the top because of Squidoo already being an authority site.

Have you tried "digging" your lens? This usually gets it indexed in a few days at the most.

as long as your lense is "green checked" in squidoo dashboard i think it will get indexed very quickly because squidoo ia an authority site..

Hi Guys, Apologies on hijacking the thread, but I can't start a new one yet...

I was somewhat forced to use Squidoo for the first time recently. I initially published the lens with insufficient content, and noted a "noindex" for the bots in the code. I improved the lens and the noindex has been removed from the code.

So the lens is not indexed yet, with numerous powerful links etc having already been thrown at it.

Has anybody have experience with this exact process, where "noindex" was applied and removed?

    Did your lens eventually index?

    Thanks in advance.
