Switching from wordpress blog to a domain, please help.

Hi

After I found out the wordpress.com does not allow advertising, I decided to purchase a domain with the same name and rebuilt all the backlinks. I have also put a link in my wordpress blog and link to my domain. However it is still not showing up in google.

The funny thing is when I checked the ranking through Google Rank checker Rank Finder Position checker Google Position Checker
My domain has the same ranking as my wordpress blog (no.10 in google.com.au), however my domain is not showing up in google in the first 10 pages. I wonder why?

    Rank tracker is probably misreporting. The real result is you typing it in search and doing a manual check. Nothing more accurate than that. I'd wait a little longer, it takes a while for new domains to get indexed and crawled.

      I will wait for awhile and see
      but i'm sure it is indexed coz I can find my site if I type in some long tail keywords

        Try to check manually, tools doesn't show accurate result they always provided rough idea of ranking.
