Access Denied Index Errors

I have some "access denied" SERPS that are coming from a plugin that I deleted a while back i.e. domain.com/wp-content/plugins/plugin-name/other/random/stuff.php.

How do I prevent these access denied errors getting indexed and once they are indexed how do I get them outta there?

    You can block the search engines from specific pages using a robots.txt file - search on Google or bing and you'll find loads of stuff to help.

    They'll drop it from the index if they don't have access to it - it's implied if you dont allow access then it means you dont want it in their index.
