Managing a highly focused site

Hi,
I've a highly focused site. Over time the number of visitors have been increasing so I'm starting to analyze the options to monetize it.
So far, if you look for Thailand in Google a lot of interesting ads appear: flights, hotels, travel packages, etc. Adsense however doesn't work so well on the site: travels to completely different destinations, completely unrelated ads, etc, are there.
Do you know if is there any way to fine-tune the ads from Adsense or some trick in your experience? It's frustrating to have people looking for ads, to know that those ads are available and yet not be able to link both.
