Google Dance?

I've just checked 5 of my keywords, and they've all gone from page 1 to page 8+

In the past when there has been a google dance, i've been moved down a few places but never past the second page :confused: Is this normal?

Type the following into Googles search: "site:yourdomain.com" and see what comes up. If all your pages are listed, then you are just google danced. If you get a "no pages found" then you're sandboxed.

If you are showing up in the SERPS at all, it is a good thing.

There is a Google algorithm update. Again Google hit poor quality content sites and even long tail keywords also affected this time.
