Here is our challenge. We are looking to drive subscribers to a promotional offer. The subscribers need to be from a specific geographical area (michigan, ages 24-50).
We do not want to undertake PPC or email marketing and are willing to pay $2-3 per subscriber. We need a maximum of 300 subscribers. What do you suggest? Anyone have this particular expertise? Any suggestions?
