Question about how keyword in page title affects ranking

Is it better to only have your main keyword as your page title for ranking for that keyword, or is it ok to have some other words in your page title? For example, if i have "KitchenTable.com" and i'm trying to rank for "Kitchen Table," is it better to only have "Kitchen Table" as my page title or could i have something like "Kitchen Table Reviews" or "Kitchen Table Products and Reviews"?

In other words, does adding more words to your page title subtract from the "ranking power" of your main keyword in your page title?

    Including keywords in your title is going to increase the ranking as it will reflect the relevancy of content you may include other keywords also but focusing on main keywords will be helpful.
