Help with finding EDU and GOV Backlinks

Hi all,

I am reading the Strategic Backlinking Strategy given away in the War Room (it's awesome!). The first phase of his backlinking strategy is to solidify a foundation of 10-20 edu, gov backlinks relevant to your niche.

I know I'm a total noob but this seems like an extremely challenging feat! How does one get backlinks like these? Searching through Google leads me to non-stop no-follow links. Am I missing something here?

    You need to check everything to find the dofollow links.It is hard to find these days.
    Always check for anchor type supported links.
