Have you ever received the "I can get you on the first page of Google" phone calls?

I wonder how many here have received solicitation phone calls offering to place your site on the first page of Google and how do you respond to these calls?

Do you take them along for a ride by questioning their knowledge? By the time I'm finished with them, they wished they had never called. What do you do?

      Yes, I have gotten these calls. I politely tell them I'm already there. Then they question for what keywords? I don't really like telling that:-)
