    Absolutely... You are combining two keywords in one... You will get traffic from both..

    I agree. Anytime you can get a small phrase in the url, you're better off. Just don't make them too long or repetitive like www .xxx. com / used cars in dover delaware / used cars / dover / cars (etc.) I personally think Google is on to that. It looks too forced and unnatural.
