Checked out the sales page - can't find a video actually showing it in operation anywhere... seems a bit dumb!

Would love to see a video of the program in operation. The sales page is the usual "YOU CAN BOOST YOUR RANK AND BE RICH LIKE ME!" garbage. Showing how the program works would sell anyone educated about this stuff, it's only the noobs that fall for the 10,000 word sales copy.

I paid $37 to upgrade from v3 PRO.

Its 100% Worth the upgrade. For $37 its crazy

I agree with what you guys are saying about having the income screenshots on the page, I'm still split testing to see what converts best (I hope you can understand that from a marketing perspective).

My preference would be a short, clean salescopy with video demonstrations of the features, but unfortunately that formula has often resulted in terrible conversion rates for me. Still, I am continuing to split test the sales page and will take this feedback from you guys on board. I'll certainly try the style of sales page that you are recomending here. As far as sales pages are concerned, I want to accurately represent what the software does (ie I hate 'blind' salescopies), while maximizing conversion rates.

On a side note, make sure you check out the bonuses. Don't underrate them, if you are a member, go through them, I put a LOT of work into them and I believe that many of you will gain tremendous value from them.

I agree, there are a few portions of the program that are fubar, but for the most part it works well. To answer the one question above about "where is the competition data" that shows the star rating etc... it's under the "Research" tab. Run a search for a keyword and then it's on the far right hand column under "SEO difficulty"

I have bought it yesterday. So far haven't had any problems with it. I like some of the new functions like having the difficulty levels on the keywords research tab, so I don't need to type in keywords one by one to check.

I just tried my existing members link for $37 and it's not working. The email said I had 48 hours and it was sent to me about 28 hours ago... damn

Honestly I would not buy this product right now. I've added an annotation to the video review I made so that people are aware of this. As I go through each module in detail, I'm finding more and more bugs. I'm still reviewing each module, but you will be able to see all of the bugs.

Regarding bugs, we are releasing updates daily and most are getting fixed within a day or 2 of being discovered. Many users haven't even encountered bugs as it is working perfectly on most computers, depending on how they are using it.

Fair review ryanjm, but like I said, I can't see those bugs still being there in a matter of days. They did not occur during beta testing, and some are occuring due to updates we have made not being compatible with all systems.

@macdonjo, it isn't simple coding at all. My full time programmers have spent many months working full time on it and continue to update it daily. Even since launching version 3 two years ago, we've been updating it every week due to changes in how different api's work, the search engines display their data, and so forth, so that it can continue to run smoothly and accurately long term. It's not just about the complexity of the programming, it's about maintaining compatibility with how the data is mined, and compatibility with every user's operating system, and adding in further suggestions from users. It is a permanent ongoing project designed to keep you on top of your seo & ppc marketing. It's not just a 'launch and forget about it' software product that doesn't get updated regularly.

Regard to broad/exact match keyword research...

I don't think broad match is useless at all, expecially for quite long tail keywords...i think the better way to implement a feature about it is to give users the possibility to choose everytime what kind of research to do...(which is the same feature that other top-sellers software already have...)

I did used traffic travis, it is really helpful, you can monitor traffic, keywords, etc. It same with market samurai, but I prefer market samurai.

We also will be adding more keyword match variations (and countries) in the very near future, there are just a couple of technical aspects we are working through first.

Another major shortcoming I have noticed making it almost useless is the way you cant define the region in the Research module, All keyword metrics are from Google US. If I want to know how many people are seraching for the term "australian widgets" on google.com.au, I cant. Its a mystery until I fire up good'o MS.

Also I want to be able to import my own keywords for analysis, at this stage there is no option for that.

Market Samurai with all its bugs and slowness can do all this.

On the plus side, its easy to give them feedback/suggestions and I have already seen 2 updates today, so stuff is happening back in HQ

1. all the icons are missing in on Page Warings reports and Ranking reports (maybe an issue with absolute path with space chars in it?) -> HIGH PRIORITY! *THIS IS SOLVED!*

2. for some pages backlinks count is present and correct (for example, 75), but when i double-click the bl count number (and push the "analyze" button too) no backlinks details are displayed (i was expecting 75 bl information records). I've tested this feature in TT v3, where it works fine. I don't know if this is the problem but i think that if Majestic SEO/SEOmoz data are not present you should anyway retrieve informations from Yahoo Site Explorer! Better thing would be if i could choose between the two different bl data sources (Majestic-SEOMOZ and Yahoo) -> HIGH PRIORITY!

3. can't do any keyword research!!! I've also filled the Adwords credentials fields (which are correct) and tested this feature in TT v3, where it works fine. I fill the keyword field and push "fetch" button...it hangs for a while (hear a couple sort of mouseclick noise) then everything stops and no data is displayed -> HIGH PRIORITY!

4. can't find precious informations in SEO-competition tab wich were present in TT v3 (Seo Analysis feature): TBL, DMOZ, YAHOO, Title, Desc, H1 tag, GCA wich are VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS (don't say they're obsolete SEO factors please!) -> HIGH PRIORITY!

5. can't find precious informations in Backlinks page like "Link In", "Link Out", "Follow" as present on TT v3 (i based this issue on columns header becouse can't retrieve datas as mentioned above): HIGH PRIORITY!

6. knowledge base menu option doesn't open anything: LOW PRIORITY

Hi Simon, thank you for update announcement and for your PM too (couldn't reply due to poor post count).

I've installed the 4.0.0.2607 update....BUT:

1. haven't seen any changelog durint upgrading...where is it ?
2. Only #1 issue was solved (missing icons)...what's about other HIGH PRIORITY issues ?
3. For #6: the menu option is magically disappeared...(anyway, i know it's not a core feature...)

I do think you and your team are doing your best (TT3 is the proof you work good)...but i *really* need these features to get fixed.

Can you post a roadmap about fixing #2, #3, #4 and #5 issues please ?

I'd like almost to know if we're talking about days...weeks...or what ?!?

Hi DaWarrior, I have tried hidemyass.com and it's great. I am not sure how you can use it with traffic travis since I didn't get the software yet. I learned about it from a traffic product I bought here.

I believe there is a major problem leading to incorrect results if you're based outside the usa.

The following screen shot is show the top 10 results are made up of both .co.uk and .com search results.

Position 2 and 6 are the top results on .co.uk - with the rest mostly from .com

Each top 10 result for any keyword never gives 100% .com results.

The .co.uk results seem to be in random posistions.

This will means the competitive calculation will be wrong.

If you're outside the usa - can you confirm you see the same type of error in producing the top 10 results - thanks.

I post here another message sent to their support, after upgraded to last release (4.0.0.2667):

I still cannot get into program, and all I get is 'not responding'... After message above I noted my last update was 4.0.0.2607 so I redownloaded installation file fully hoping it might be 2667 or higher (and hopefully a runner), but after reinstalling I am now told my registration code has been used too many times.

Don't think I have ever had this much hassle with any program. Software quality is rock bottom or lower. Terrible...

One issue with TT4 I had in the beginning was a message telling me to upgrade my flash. That was weird because I already had the most current flash version. This issue wasn't a show stopper because all it prevented me from doing was watching the training videos in TT4; it was just more of an annoyance. I submitted a trouble ticket and bounced a few emails to the support rep. The last email I received from them was informing me that the support team was "puzzled" with my issue -- I liked they were upfront about it even though "puzzled" is not exactly what I wanted to hear -- and they suggested I uninstall flash and TT4 and reinstall. Unfortunately, that didn't work and I ended up exceeding my maximum number of times I can install TT4. So I had to get that reset.

No one ever got back with me about that flash issue, but I just noticed after upgrading to 4.0.0.2667 that the problem is no longer there. Yea. That's one point for fixing the problem but minus a point for dropping the ball with me about it.

The next day I never heard from anyone, but I was able to reinstall again. After installing and upgrading to 4.0.0.2652, I started getting the pop-up window in TT4 that says "Google Adsense Page failed to load for Traffic Travis..." (see Nerik's screen shot above). That's really weird because I don't see what Google Adsense has to do with anything about getting SEO data. Hmmm. Anyway, this problem began for me with v4.0.0.2652, and the latest version 4.0.0.2667 doesn't fix the issue. So for now, the keyword research feature isn't usable for me. Everything else seems to be working for me from what I can tell, but the keyword research function is a crucial part of research. So until that gets fixed, I can't really use TT4. I've opened another ticket for this strange "Google Adsense" message and am waiting to hear from someone.

But aside from my whining about the bugs (not the application), I really like TT4.

As a programmer who knows all-too-well what it's like to release a new version of an application and have to deal with a bug invasion, I can understand the situation. Seems no matter how careful you are and how well you beta test, you're going to encounter bugs up front because there are so many different computer configurations and endless permutations in an application's methodology. The key to finding patience while encountering those bugs is with the support team and how well they can communicate what is being done to remedy the problems. What I would like to see is some kind of communication, such as an email or web posting or even a message in TT4, that keeps me up to date on the known issues. That way I can have more patience knowing a solution is on the way instead of wondering how I'm going to deal with the problem.

I think the thing to keep in mind with TT4 is that it really is a very useful tool with all the features you need for working your websites to page one of Google. I used TT3 and have always depended on it, but TT4 takes it to another level and makes it even easier. For example, with keyword research in TT3, it's a two-step process of doing the keyword search in the Keyword Tools, then laboriously entering each keyword in SEO Analysis. In TT4, the two functions are combined into one where you get all your keyword variations in one window along with monthly search results, average PPC, intitle and inachor information, and difficulty rating. If you double-click on the difficulty rating for a keyword, a window will pop up with information about that keyword formatted exactly how you're used to seeing it in TT3 within SEO Analysis.

I do like the clean and simple interface of TT4. At first I was a little miffed because the interface is totally different from what I was used to in TT3 and I'd have to re-learn the tool <grumble>. But after I saw what was there, I realized the new learning curve was a small price for the added benefits. There are tutorial videos, like in TT3, but if you're used to TT3, you won't find it difficult to learn TT4 quickly.

Once the development team works out the bugs, TT4 will be the ideal tool for SEO. If you don't have a lot of patience, though, you might want to prevent chewing off your leg by waiting a couple of weeks to invest in it until they've smoothed out the rough edges. My guess is that Mark's development team is probably feverishly working both hands and feet 24/7 to eradicate the bugs.

TT looks like it has potential … but it's "so-yesterday" for an app like this to be Windows only. Millions have switched to Mac and many marketers have as well. Mark needs some Adobe Air programmers. Even Microsoft has trouble with Windows software.

I liked TTV3 so much I bought V4 Pro... OUCH! It's buggier than windows.. I've got the latest upgrade (2679) and it's got the adsence bug (which you can bypass by clearing your details in the setup) but the issue I have found is the results in keyword search are swapped in the Global Monthly and Google US Monthly columns. So the "Global Monthly" colum results are actually the "Google US Monthly" results.. I cross checked this with GKT. The numbers are the same.

I like the TT4 "conceptually" - I think it has some potential to help me do some very quick keyword research...

The problem is - THE BUGS!

It is virtually unusable really. I am trying to do SEO rankings for a few of my sites, it downloads the rankings when you create the profile and then it would appear to never do it properly again. One of my sites on Market Samurai (and in Google) has dropped significantly in the last five days for one specific keyword, but my TT4 dashboard happily shows it still ranked at #5. I sent in a ticket the day after it was launched to fix that bug and nothing yet, so the idea that bugs are being resolved in about two days is in this case not accurate.

I've just downloaded and installed the most recent build #2691 and within 2 minutes I had another "Oops" message and 3 total within the first 10 minutes.

The problem is the same old chestnut with IM'ers releasing software. They treat everything like a video course or an eBook, strictly adhering to the Jeff Walker PLF. That's not how you build software - there should be no "ta da" moment when you unveil it to the world. This product should have been in the hands of a whole swag of beta testers working out in the wild for the past eight weeks. There is no way, absolutely none, that this software had a professional quality control process behind it.

I like how Mark Ling approaches his business, he's an ethical sort of guy with a great reputation, but I will never buy a software product from him on launch again.

I also was an affiliate for the product and stopped promoting it after having used it for a day or so.

If you are getting a message to upgrade your flash, it might have to do with Firefox 3 and flash, even if you have already installed the latest flash

this situation is becoming a bit frustrating for me...

just updated to the 4.0.0.2722 release...BUT...many of the bugs are still present.

Only backlinks feature seems now to be fixed (backlinks data now has come), but still persist the problem with backlink data source. Majestic SEO/SEOmoz seems to be ok for many sites...but it seems to be buggy/poor of data for many other...

I've asked them to implement an user option...so you could choose beetwen backlink data source (Majestic/Seomoz/Yahoo) as you want...

But the main problem (almost for me) is the KEYWORD RESEARCH: since i've purchased TT4 I couldn't do ONE keyword researc!!! Incredible!!! I'm getting the same message: "Google Adwords page failed to load for Traffic Travis. Please try and access the site in Internet Explorer and try again"...I've tried also to clear my Adwords credentials in program options (as itzallan said) but the bug still persist...

Fellow Warrior fourm members. I am operating windows Vista home premium. I simply cannot get this software to work (at all). All I get is a white screen and 'not responding' 95% of the time. When I did get it to respond and input data about my sites I noticed many of the shortcomings others are mentioning.
The keyword research is all arse about face. The fiugre which it claims is US monthly search figures is in fact the same as the Global monthly searches shown in Keyword tool.

You cannot pick a country or language to research your keyword stats.

All of that besides it would just be nice if I COULD GET IT TO WORK AT ALL. I would really like to know if I am the only one experiencing this. When it seems to be about to start I get the 'oops how embarrassing' message about there being a bug. It sends a message and then says 'not responding' and I shut it down and start it up all over again.

I have tested my internet connection and everything else is working fine including Market Samurai which at this stage I have to say is an infinitely superior product. What say others?

I must add that I live in the same town as Mark Ling and have met him and he is a very helpful and pleasant fellow and I do not doubt his integrity and honesty one bit and nor should others. I do however question whether this software is ready for the market. I look forward to others' posting their experiences.

it's actually incredible that they are still promoting this product to their list as of late yesterday with all the known issues.
i bought it last week and am now using version .2745
seems slow. also the free version seemed faster and more robust.

I have said the very same thing two/three times now to support. Makes me think they really do not know what they are dealing with. Still got same problem... only 50 or so days more days to suffer...

I am no closer to a solution and have not heard from support (although they do say they will get back to you within 72 hours). I have used my last registration code to re load it onto my laptop and so far so good it is working but I am not going to hold my breath. We all have the ability to vote with our feet and request a refund before the 60th day so for those of us who signed up straight away like me put it in your calendar for late June to be sure folks. If this software is not performing credibly by then they will have massive requests for refunds.

Traffic Travis is an amazing product. It also offers a free trial, I highly recommend it when it comes down to Keyword research. One of my favorite tools.

How accurate is Traffic Travis when it comes to keyword analysis of top 10 -20 websites ?

Absolutely love Traffic Travis. I only use the free version, but it works wonders. For those of you who have a Mac (like me) just partition the disk so you can run all your IM software on the beautiful hardware Apple so graciously created for us .

But back to the topic...V4 is supposedly a massive knock forward in the software. I back it 110%.

Still very frustrating...just updated to 4.0.0.2770 BUT all the bugs i found are still alive...

A small step forward for keywords research: i don't get the error message ("Traffic Travis ran into an error getting the keywords from the page. Please try and access the site in Internet Explorer and try again") anymore...BUT

1. keywords retrieved seem to be missing of important datas...see pictures below
2. process hangs...then i've to stop it (7 and more minutes running for 50 keywords) and exit from application

I've tried to do several keyword research (they implemented broad, phrase, exact research type option) but datas are still wrong/missing and THEN...i've got my IP banned from Google (now asking me for captchas)...

Guys, I would encourage you all to be a bit patient. I don't know the creators of this software. I bought it and have been having lots of troubles as well. However, just like any software from microsoft or the other big companies, you should expect that there will be some bugs.

I never can understand why a rich company like Microsoft would create a piece of crap, sell it to us for a premium then have us send them all the bug reports. They turn around and sell us the fix later as a new version!!!! Go figure! That means we should be more compassionate with a follow Warrior here that don't have billions of dollars and the world's top software engineers at their disposal.

I believe in the end Traffic Travis is going to be awesome. I had to turn on my PC just to try it because I'm on a Mac. I paid $77. I expect to get a great piece of software once they fix all the bugs. In the mean time, I will keep using Market Samurai on my Mac.

It looks really good been looking around for decent seo softwate.

Not sure that it is correct to compare MS and TT, it seems to me that MS only does keyword research whereas TT does that plus on/offsite SEO analysis for your website (that is assuming TT will be eventually fixed and bug free!)

TT v4 is really bad and should never have been released, I mean at one point it was showing the traffic numbers for USA traffic to be greater than global traffic, I see that they fixed that in one of the updates, the beta testers must have been really lazy or really stupid, ot their input was ignored

Is TT3 working for everyone with Google? For me it seems to be getting data from the other SE's, but not Google. A friend of mine is experiencing the same thing.

TT4 is crap at this point. If it doesn't do at least what 3 does and soon I will be getting a refund.

I think it is more accurate to say TT4 was rushed out the door while still in ALPHA as anyone getting this software to beta test would be as frustrated as we all are. Shocking software development standards - well, no standards actually.

Mark should give all early adopters (current customers) a free refund to pay for OUR time testing. And we get to keep the software should it ever evolve to something we can actually use.

Market Samurai gave its users a free extra license (up to 3) to help defray its recent hassle. So pleased that MS is running very well now.

PS: That reminds me. I guess the TT4 license is for one PC only, right?

For what it's worth, I just upgraded to the latest version, v2827 , this morning, tried a few simple tasks, it uses 99% of the CPU and locks up the whole PC, had to quit TT just to be able to send an email, not looking good, customer support replied to me, said all problems will be fixed in 2 weeks... if you believe that you will believe anything, looks like major software development problems to me if they are prediciting 2 weeks!

I can't really afford to waste any more time on this thing, I feel like I paid $77 to be a beta tester!

I'm really sorry and regret the bugs in Traffic Travis v4. My team has worked extremely hard on this software product and we did beta test it with 50 beta testers before launch.

It has been a very stressful time and we are all working through this as efficiently as we possibly can. I do understand it must be incredibly frustrating for all you guys out there and we aren't just committed to resolving the issues, we're committed to continuing to update and improve the product on a full time basis for a long time (several years).

My programmers are working extremely diligently on resolving any and all bugs that have arisen since launch, and I really thought they would have been resolved sooner, however some issues have been trickier than we first thought.

Some people have suggested slapping in code from version 3, but it's not a simple as that as this is a new software product coded totally differently from scratch. Also, the moment the bugs are all resolved it is a much much better product than version 3.

We are committed to not only resolving all of the bugs, we are committed to continuing to update this software in the future as Traffic Travis is not a 'launch and forget' product. It is a software product that is worked on all year round by our full time TT developer, plus several of our other developers work on Traffic Travis on a regular part time basis.

Right now we are making daily updates, soon all the bugs will have been resolved, unfortunately for us (and for many of you) this has not come soon enough, and my team and I are really sorry about this.

For now our answer is no to the request to give version 3 pro and/or v4pro to anyone who requests a refund because the last thing we want is to receive complaints from faithful TTv4 customers due to rewarding those who refunded. I totally understand the merit in the idea, however it seems to penalize those who stick with us.

We want to reward all people who stick with the Traffic Travis v4 product the best way we know how and that's by fixing any and all bugs, and then overdelivering on the quality and frequency of our updates in the future.

I will be emailing all traffic travis users an apology soon, probably tomorrow or the next day, and will outline what has been happening with updates. I'm extremely disappointed in myself for letting this happen in the first place.

After the rigerous beta testing we were extremely excited about the product and I was enjoying using it personally and I thought that if any bugs arose once this got launched to the general public, that they would be resolved within 48 hours of them getting discovered. However as you all know, it has not worked out that way and I take full responsibility for that. I've been learning some hard lessons from this.

We want to reward all people who stick with the Traffic Travis v4 product the best way we know how and that's by fixing any and all bugs as quickly as we possibly can, and then long-term by overdelivering on the quality and frequency of our updates in the future.

I am an avid fan of TT and have been using that for quite sometime now. They have sent an email of apology and they also made a blog post of what happened and what they plan: Dear v4.0 Customers - We're Sorry

I just hope it will be resolved immediately - i miss using the software already :-)

I upgraded a week ago and have numerous issues getting information.. I received a email that says they are aware of these problems and will be correcting them.

The list of issues that need fixed is pretty extensive, so for the time being, I think I will remain with V3.

There was a total of 27 areas in which they said needed updated or corrected. As in the past, I am sure these will all be fixed in time and V4 will be very much worth it. If there's one thing I know about the people behind TT is that they do care about their customers, therefore I will patiently await the fixes..

Just updated to v. 4.0.0.2950...there are some interesting improvements...

I would wait till they fixed all the problems (not sure when this will be?) before purchasing TT4. It has a lot of bugs and the information is definitely not correct at the moment. mark Ling products are usually pretty good, but looks like the ball has been dropped here

From what I've read here I am going to have wait until all these bugs have been fixed, there's no use paying for something that will just end up failing for me later on. But the features do look very promising and I will be coming back to it in the future

if you read entirely this thread or others on this forum you can see there are many people saying "Yes, it is worth" and other many saying "No, don't choose it! Try Market Samurai or something else...".

I can tell my personal experience about it: I use TT (V3) since long time and I'm very very happy...but the free version has many limitations so I decided to buy TT V4. As already discussed (also with Mark Ling and Simon Slade on this thread), TT 4 had several problems due to (this is my final opinion) poor beta tests before launch.

Now their staff is working hard on fixing them and product is getting better day by day...I think it'll take another 2-3 weeks, then we're going to have a very very nice SEO tool! (I've already seen some good improvements in these days...)

I can tell you that I could ask them for refund on the earliest days after purchase becouse the software was really buggy, but now I see that my trust in TT team is getting repaid...so I'm going on sure to have more satisfaction in next weeks..

There's no TT4 trial or free edition, but you can try TT3 and see how good it is by yourself...and I think that TT4 should be surely better at the end...

Finally, as Mark Ling, sayd this is a "lifetime project" for TT/Affilorama team...so it would be better ever and ever in the future, I'm sure of it!

As you can read on this thread (I was quite mad with their support for many bugs I found during last weeks), be sure I'm not affiliated in any way with them and I'm not interested in sponsor them in any way...I'm only an SEO happy to work with TT3 and searching for something better...I only hope TT4 is the definitive solution for me!!!

Seems like a lot of TT4 is now working, one issue for me is that the only documentation that comes with it are 5 pretty short videos which are now out of date in many areas, there are a lot sections which are not explained very well

Can anyone using TT4 explain why for a certain keyword the "Competition" tab says High 93% yet the "SEO Difficulty" tab says Relatively easy

Then for another one with Low 12% for compedtition gets a "medium difficulty" rating

it does not make any sense to me, what am I missing, there does not seem to be any corrolation between them

I'm not quite sure what the "competition" tab is displaying, keywords with high SERPS numbers are given a low competition number, and visa versa, so which column do you use to determine if it is a good keyword or not, competition or seo difficulty, I'm begining to feel that this tool is more confusing that helpful

There still are 2 BIG CORE BUGS not solved...I think these should be #1 PRIORITY:

1-Keyword research feature doesn't display search volumes (global and local) larger than 999 and competition percentage (any value) due to a digits format problem with NOT-ENGLISH located Windows version (eg.: Italian, French, German, Spanish, etc.). This issue has been confirmed by the support team but it's unsolved at the moment...

2-Backlinks analysis is still not reporting all the backlinks mentioned in the total count (eg.: page has > 500 backlinks as correctly reported in "My Site" section, but when I try to analyze that page backlinks in "SEO - Backlinks" tab, only 100 records are displayed). I can not see any trace of this problem in the roadmap...

I've reported these issue 5 days ago (#1) and several weeks ago (#2) but nothing has changed since there...

Hope they're understanding the situation...

Sorry Mr Ling but the tool is still full of bugs, I just upgraded to TT4 V 3059 and the basic keyword research tool is not working correctly

I entered 1 keyword and after a few minutes I get a popup message saying "No top 10 Google results found for this keyword", I get no keywords and a message that does not make any sense, seems like the tool thinks I'm in seo ranking mode whereas I'm in the research keyword tab

Can anyone tell me how to do an exact match search in traffic travis 3.0 (free version) when in the SEO analysis window ? (searching competition backlinks)

Is it "keyword" or [keyword]?

I am getting different results when using "keyword" or [keyword].

Hello, I'm still new here but I have been not that into replying to most of the posts but I do have some questions regarding Traffic Travis 4.

I have the trial version installed on my computer. How much does it cost for me to upgrade it to version 4 and how much does it cost? Is it a one time payment or a monthly subscription?

Also, Is the support for this software any good? I sent an email to them and was hoping for a quick reply.

Hello... I did not open TT4 for about 2 weeks knowing that they are still fixing the software. But now i see that there are several updates already - whenever i open my TT4, i does not updates. Is there a link that i can download the new version?

I don't know what happened, but after the past 2 updates, TT v4 has become essentially useless for me.

Rankings are just all wrong, not off a little, completely wrong. Not only that, keyword rankings are showing for domains that aren't in the project! For instance, the list of keywords for domain1.com are showing rankings and the best page for domain2.com. It had been working well, it just all went to hell 2 updates ago.

I've submitted a ticket and I hope to see improvements.
