    Depends on your goals, budget, and how competitive the keywords are. You can either find an SEO firm or someone in the warriors for hire section.

    I have different campaigns set up for different sites. Why? Because every site and keyword is different. Different content, different niches, different goals. I outsource all of my link building now here on the WF and through other places. It can be tough to manage if your not properly equipped with spreadsheets and tracking tools. You need to know what is working and what isn't... or else you will end up wasting time and more importantly money.

      I personally think that the best thing to do is to make a budget plan, then outsource that (oDesk, Freelancer, etc).
